How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed within India are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Prepaid Orders – Free shipping.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – ₹99 per order.

What if my order isn’t delivered?
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order amount will be refunded as store credit to your Black Urban wallet, which you can use for your next purchase.
